Schumacher: 10 place grid penalty as additional power unit element has been used.

Bottas: 15 place grid penalty as additional power unit elements have been used.

Leclerc, Schumacher and Zhou: 10 place grid penalty as additional restricted-number components have been used.

Verstappen and Bottas: 5 place grid penalty as additional restricted-number component have been used.

Tsunoda: Required to start from the pit lane as car modified whilst under Parc Ferme conditions and additional power unit elements used.

May as well draw straws for grid position.
So confused: take Bottas for example 'qualified' 20th, a 15 place grid penalty, yet starts the race in 14th....!?"
