Memo to Jordan: Your number two driver will be...

NEWS STORY
01/02/2005

It would appear that the (remaining) staff at Jordan are being kept very much in the dark when it comes to what is happening with their team.

Ever since the buy-out by Alex Shnaider last week, much has changed within the team, with various team members opting to leave rather than face the black bin liner treatment.

Rather than inform the press what is happening with the team, it would appear that the Silverstone based outfit is now having to rely on the media for all manner of basic information, such as who will design the cars, who will build them and even who will drive them.

Following the news - well it certainly was to everyone at Dadford Road - that Narain Karthikeyan is to be the team's number one driver in 2005, the Jordan guys and gals may like to know that according to sources Portuguese star, Tiago Monteiro, has been signed as his number two.
