Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo issues a rallying call to his troops, urging them that now is the "time to win".

"A day like today is very important to us, and though I have been here more than twenty years, each year is different," he says as his team launches its sixtieth ever car for the Formula One World Championship.

"I am confident," he continues, "I am confident because we have a strong team, I think we have all the ingredients to be successful.

"We have two very strong drivers. I am pleased to have Kimi back, the last driver to win the championship with us, and Fernando has made a fantastic season achieving second place in the last four years.

"Now it is time to win," he continues. "I have a lot of confidence in our new Technical director, James Allison, and in the work of our people in the engine department, a very complicated engine, a very complicated system.

"I think that, particularly in the beginning of the season, reliability will be crucial. Whenever we have new rules it is difficult, from the beginning, to find out, who is competitive and who is less competitive.

"Our goal is to be on top and all our people are conscious of this this, very focussed. We will approach the first test will all-out determination. Having said that, I think we have to give our drivers not only a competitive car but a competitive team.

"(Stefano) Domenicali has done some innovation in the team and I am very confident.
