This has been the first outing for the 2009 GP2 challenger with new drivers Giedo van der Garde and Diego Nunes since the winter tests in November last year. With the new GP2 2009 updates to get to grips with iSport is running an intensive testing programme focusing on different set ups for the season ahead.

After a few niggling problems in the morning session today the testing programme has been going as planned. iSport's engineers have been testing a lot of different set up options today which are not for Paul Ricard Circuit, due to the ban in testing once the season starts, so the team are not concentrating on times at this point.
