Fat Burner Racing Engineering has announced that Diego Nunes, Roldan Rodríguez, Kamui Kobayashi, Sten Pentus, Jerome D'Ambrosio and Dani Clos will all test for the Andalusian team during the upcoming GP2 tests at the Circuito de Jerez.

Only two weeks after the end of the 2009 GP2 Championship in Portimao, the GP2 teams start their preparation for the 2010 season. The Fat Burner Racing Engineering Team approaches the collective GP2 tests with the objective of evaluating the drivers and find the best pairing for the 2010 season. During the three days test at the Circuito de Jerez (6th-8th of October), the Spanish Team is welcoming six drivers with previous experience at the wheel of a GP2 car.

At the team's 'home' track, Diego Nunes and Roldan Rodríguez will drive the two Fat Burner Racing Engineering cars on the first day. Brazilian Nunes, who made his debut in GP2 in 2008, competed in the GP2 Asia Series, GP2 Series, and Euroseries 3000 in 2009. Teammate for the day, Rodríguez, has a vast experience under his belt after racing for the last three years in both, the GP2 and GP2 Asia Championship. Furthermore, the 24-years-old Spaniard has already tasted what it is like to drive a Formula One car after testing for the Minardi Team in 2005 and becoming Force India's winter test driver in 2007-2008.

Kamui Kobayashi and Sten Pentus will take over duties on Wednesday. Kobayashi, who raced in GP2 for the second season in 2009, showed a very competitive pace during the GP2 Asia Championship. The 23 years-old Japanese, official test driver of the Toyota F1 Team, was crowned champion after scoring two victories, 2 pole positions, four podiums and three fastest laps. Estonian Sten Pentus, on the other hand, tested with Fat Burner Racing Engineering already last year and has been racing in the World Series by Renault this season.

On the last of the three test days, Jerome D'Ambrosio and Dani Clos will have the opportunity to show the Spanish team their skills. For the Spanish driver, this will be another chance to carry on working with the team he has raced with during the 2009 season. Clos, who is part of the Williams F1 Team Young Drivers Program, celebrated his GP2 debut in 2009 and obtained his first podium in the last race of the season in Portimao. Belgian D'Ambrosio had a good campaign throughout 2009 after finishing this year's GP2 championship in 9th place, and being runner-up in the GP2 Asia Series.
