Montagny set for three more Grands Prix

24/05/2006

Super Aguri driver Franck Montagny has revealed that he will continue driving the Japanese teams' second car for three further races following this weekend's Monaco Grand Prix.

Writing on his personal website, the former Renault test driver confirmed that he will contest the British, Canadian and American events.

Thus far the Frenchman has completed just 39 race laps in the Super Aguri, having suffered a hydraulics problem at the Nurburgring and a driveshaft failure in Spain.

The Frenchman is hoping that he will still have the Super Aguri seat for his home race, which takes place on July 16.

Super Aguri is due to debut its own car at the Magny Cours event.
