As Michael Schumacher and Ferrari appear to head to another couple of World Championship titles, race organisers are preparing for the inimitable lack of interest as the season progresses.

It's been revealed that ticket prices for the European Grand Prix - scheduled for May 30, one week after the Monaco GP - have been slashed by almost 50%.

In spite of the good form of local hero Michael Schumacher, attendance at the Nurburgring event has been falling in recent years, it's hoped that by cutting the price admission this might reverse the trend.
