Haas' appeal against Romain Grosjean's disqualification from the Italian Grand Prix will be heard next month.

The Frenchman, who finished sixth on the road, which saw Haas go fourth in the team standings, was subsequently disqualified after Renault protested the legality of the floor on his car.

Renault submitted that Haas' car was not in compliance with Article 3.7.1.d of the Technical Regulations, as clarified by TD/033-18, issued on 25 July 2018 further to a request for clarification on the radius of 50 mm (+/-2 mm) which must apply to each front corner of the reference plane.

After inspecting the car, the FIA's Technical Delegate agreed that it was not in compliance with the regulations.

On the basis of the Technical Delegate's report, the stewards decided to disqualify Grosjean from the results of the Italian Grand Prix and to amend the classification, thereby promoting Renault back to fourth in the standings

On 5 September, Haas appealed the Monza stewards decision and consequently the International Court of Appeal will hear the appeal on 1 November in Paris.
