Gurmit's View: Thanks for the memories

It's that time of the year again, that time when we reflect on the past twelve months whilst anticipating what's to come in the year ahead.

And why should Pitpass' resident cartoonist Gurmit be any different, after all, it's been a memorable year, what with seven different drivers winning the first seven races, including maiden wins for Nico Rosberg and Pastor Maldonado.

Then there was the title fight going all the way down to the wire, Fernando Alonso performing miracles in a car not worthy of his mighty talent.

Finally, as if the Brazilian Grand Prix wasn't enough, there's a sting in the tail when the result looked like getting overturned… and then there's Lewis Hamilton's move to Mercedes for 2013.

Yes, it's been quite some year.
