Following a couple of incidents during today's European GP, race stewards at the Nurburgring have decided to take no further action.

The first incident involved the clash between Ralf Schumacher and Nick Heidfeld which saw the Toyota driver eliminated from the race.

Having spoken to both drivers, their team representatives and viewed video evidence, the stewards decided that the matter needed no further action.

In a separate incident, the stewards were asked to investigate the possible "unsafe release" of Fernando Alonso at his final pit stop, which almost saw him collide with Giancarlo Fisichella.

After meeting with representatives of both McLaren and Renault, and studying video evidence, the stewards once again decided that no further action was required.
