Valtteri Bottas and Nico Hulkenberg will both start the Belgian Grand Prix from the back of the grid following engine changes.

Mercedes is introducing an engine upgrade for its works team and customer teams, and while most of those drivers involved take on their third units of the season, Bottas, who was given a fresh engine at Silverstone following fears that his unit was damaged in Austria, will now take on a fourth engine, thereby exceeding the allowed limit.

Indeed, taking on all the new components available, the Finn is demoted to the back of the grid, as is Renault's Nico Hulkenberg, who has similarly taken on a whole new power unit.

Ferrari has also introduced its latest upgrade though this will only be available to the works drivers this weekend, neither of whom incurs a penalty.
