Toto Wolff claims the 2014 drivers' title would be "overshadowed" should it be decided on double points in Abu Dhabi.
Lewis Hamilton has said that it would "suck" if Bernie's brainwave were to decide the championship outcome, while teammate and rival Nico Rosberg unsurprisingly now claims double points to be a "fantastic idea".
As he reflects on the United States Grand Prix, not for the first time, Gurmit's latest 'toon requires no real comment... other than yee-haw!
