Already in the spotlight, things went from bad to worse for McLaren in Spain.
Following mistakes in previous races, a team member is said to have made the mistake which was to cost Lewis Hamilton pole at Barcelona, the Englishman demoted to the very back of the grid.
Looking ahead, and under increasing pressure from his drivers, not to mention the British media, Martin Whitmarsh is looking at yet another reshuffle of the Woking outfit's crew, leaving no stone unturned in his attempts to find the brightest talent.
Lewis and Jenson however, remain distinctly unimpressed.
