We have some winners

NEWS STORY

A number of Pitpass readers will be a lot happier after our two Brazilian Grand Prix competitions.

Though launched a couple of days after our Amalgam 1:8 Red Bull RB7 competition, our McLaren version was almost as popular.

Jenson Button took 15 points away from Interlagos, while there were 20 finishers. Though quite a few correctly predicted this, once the names were put into a hat five lucky people were selected.

Paul Jacobs from Kent wins the VIP tour of the McLaren Technolgy Centre, while Chris Evans and Peter Barrow win the signed Jenson Button mini-helmets. The team shirts, signed by Jenson, are won by Peter Doyle and Roy Bowsher.

By the way, there is still a superb competition on Lewis and Jenson's Facebook page, in which you can win weekend tickets to next year's British GP, signed merchandise from Lewis and Jenson and VIP tours of the McLaren Technology Centre. The competition closes at 13:00 on Thursday.

As for the wonderful 1:8 scale Red Bull model, not so many people correctly predicted that Mark Webber would lead home Sebastian and Jenson. Far less predicted that there would be 20 finishers. In the end, Alan Laidlaw from Edinburgh wins the Amalgam work of art while runner-up Edward Foster will get something for coming so very close.

Keep your eyes on Pitpass for further competitions leading up to Christmas and over the winter.
