Never mind tyre degradation, the tinkering of the rules in Valencia appeared to hurt McLaren rather than Red Bull, reminding us just how off-form the Woking team appeared before the season opener.
However, as we wait to see how the latest regulation change affects the sport, one wonders what other side effects this constant meddling by the FIA is really having.
Clearly, Jean Todt and Charlie Whiting are already concerned....
