Sauber, has launched an 'electronic book' featuring contributions from all the drivers and team principals which gives fans a new way of helping the process of reconstruction in Japan following the Tsunami which has devastated the country.

The "You are connected" app, which can be purchased via iTunes for 0.79 euros, features photos of all the drivers and team principals accompanied by handwritten and - in some cases - very personal messages for those affected by the disaster. There is also a selection of action shots of all the Formula One cars.

The production of the application has been organised and funded by Kamui Kobayashi. "Although the disaster attracted huge international attention in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami, other news has dominated the headlines since then," says the Japanese youngster. "However, the destruction in the country is so serious that it will take many years to recover from the losses and damage. So the people in Japan need long-term support. I'd like to thank all my colleagues in Formula One for their contributions and hope that our e-book sells as well as possible."

The e-book, all money received for which, will go to the Red Cross in Japan has been designed to allow constant expansion with updated versions, making it an attractive app.
