Red Bull and Ferrari have both passed the revised test aimed at detecting flexing of the floor at the front of their cars.

The test, introduced in the wake of complaints by rival teams that both Red Bull and Ferrari were breaking the rules, tests the flexibility of the floor as opposed to the wings, and follows the revised wing test introduced at Spa.

The cars of Red Bull, Ferrari and, ironically, McLaren, chief critics of the Milton Keynes team's car, were all tested and all passed - McLaren having been checked on Friday afternoon and Red Bull and Ferrari after today's qualifying session.

All three teams' cars were found to be in conformity with the regulations.
