Following recommendations by a number of drivers at yesterday's drivers' briefing, a number of modifications were carried out overnight.
One kerb on the Club circuit close to Turn 3 has been removed as a precaution against a car going wide, or being forced very wide around Turn 2; this is not a kerb that the cars could come into contact with on a normal lap.
The verge behind the apex kerb of Turn 5 has been laid with asphalt in order to help prevent dirt and dust getting onto the track in case a driver clips the kerb.
