Red Bull has been hit with a 10,000 euro fine after the race stewards in Valencia adjudged Mark Webber to have been released unsafely following his pit stop in Q2
Following an investigation, the stewards, who include former F1 star Heinz-Harald Frentzen this weekend, decided that the Austrian team be fine 10,000 euros for breaching Article 23.1 (j) of the 2010 FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, pointing out that Article 31.1 of the Sporting Regulations requires all pit lane and track safety measures to apply to all practice sessions as for the race.
