According to reports the FIA's defence in its case involving N.Technology appeared "arrogant and embarrassed", at least, that's how the highly respected Gazzetta dello Sport sees it.
N.Technology's parent company MSC has taken the FIA to court in Paris following its failure to secure an entry in the 2010 Formula One World Championship, the Italian outfit is one of several claiming to have been rejected by the FIA for choosing to use a powerplant other than Cosworth.
It is understood that the Paris court will rule on November 10.
