FIA releases 2010 Technical and Sporting Regulations
The FIA has issued the Technical and sporting Regulations for the 2010 Formula One World Championship
The main points of interest are that both the Drivers' and Constructors' Championships will continue to be decided on points, while the new rules that see in-race fuelling banned mean that the format for the third phase of qualifying (Q3) has been slightly re-jigged. Furthermore, there is no mention of a budget cap, while, surprisingly, KERS is retained.
