Felipe Massa's personal physician, Dino Altmann, says the Ferrari driver is continuing to make good progress and is even joking about the return of his former teammate, Michael Schumacher.
"He looks like a boxer but he's eating well, walking about, and taking showers," said Altmann, according to Hungarian state news agency MTI.
Altmann revealed that Massa even joked when told that former teammate, seven-time World Champion Michael Schumacher is planning to replace him in Valencia next month. "Let's see if I let him," he quoted the 2008 championship runner-up as saying.
It is expected that Massa will remain at the hospital for several more days before heading back to Brazil to continue his recovery.
