Luca di Montezemolo has called a press conference on March 5 at which he will unveil the Formula One Teams' Associations' plans for the future of F1.

The plans are the result of a series of meetings held in recent weeks and months, all of them, according to FOTA; "with a common goal: to make Formula 1 commercially sustainable, environmentally friendly and compellingly attractive for spectators, TV viewers and internet consumers alike for years to come.

The team principals of all the current Formula 1 teams will be present at the meeting, which will be held in Geneva.

The announcement of the meeting comes just hours after Red Bull and Toro Rosso owner Dietrich Mateschitz - a man who rarely speaks out, far less rocks the boat - claimed that it is the teams and manufacturers who provide the entertainment that should own the sport.
