Williams has unveiled the FW31, the car with which it will contest the 2009 Formula One World Championship.
Wearing a (temporary) winter testing livery - the 2009 race livery will be unveiled late next month - the car was unveiled in front of photographers at a damp Portimao track this morning ahead of its track debut.
