The official 2009 Formula One World Championship entry list offered no real surprises, then again, in a season which sees so little driver movement why would it.
One minor, though interesting, change we noticed however, is that at BMW Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica swap places.
In 2008 Nick Heidfeld had car number 3 while his Polish teammate had number 4. This year however, Kubica has number 5 while his German teammate has 6.
Maybe there's no real significance, or maybe it's a sign that the German team feels that the Pole is now its stronger driver, given the fact that he regularly out-performed Heidfeld for much of last season, including giving the team its maiden win.
