Toyota's Timo Glock has been handed a 25s penalty after Race Stewards ruled that the German had overtaken under yellow flags during the closing stages of today's Belgian Grand Prix.
While there were a number of overtaking incidents during a hectic few final moments of the race, Glock's move came in the section of track where yellow flags were being waved following Kimi Raikkonen's 'off'.
Consequently, the German drops out of the points - he finished eighth - handing the position, and one valuable point apiece to Webber and Red Bull.
