Following a meeting this weekend at which "not a lot was done", team bosses have agreed to a second meeting at Ferrari's Maranello HQ on July 29.

The meetings are in response to Max Mosley's recent letter in which the FIA President asked the teams to come up with proposals for new rules from 2011 or face the sport's governing body provide its own.

A meeting was held in the Williams motorhome on Saturday, following which team boss Frank Williams told Reuters: "Not a lot was done, we were trying to get some understanding of what we want to achieve at Maranello. There were no real specifics."

"All the teams just want to meet together and discuss Max's letter and to see if they can find any common ground on a position," added Toyota's John Howett. "He's written to us, he's given us a very short deadline and probably unrealistic targets and I think the teams just want to sit down and say, 'look this is possibly the common position from everybody.'"
