A reprimand for Sutil

Adrian Sutil, who was left heartbroken following his elimination from today's Monaco Grand Prix, just when he seemed destined to bring his Force India home in fourth place, suffered further frustration when he was later summoned by the Race Stewards.

The German, who was clearly inconsolable following the clash with Raikkonen, just 8 laps from the end of the race, was summoned by the stewards for passing three drivers (Rubens Barrichello, Kazuki Nakajima and Nelson Piquet) while the yellow flags were being waved on lap 13.

Thankfully, on a day on which he had suffered enough, there was no further punishment for the German youngster, who escaped with a reprimand.

A brief statement issued at 17:30 (local time) read: "The Stewards, after hearing the explanation of both the Competitor's representative and the driver and having considered the circumstances associated with this incident, intend to take no further action.

However, the stewards do warn the driver of car 20 as to his future behaviour in relation to appendix H, Chapter 2, Article 4.1.2(b) of the International Sporting Code."
