Though there was really little doubt, Heikki Kovalainen has officially been given the 'thumbs up' to take part in this weekend's Turkish GP, having been passed fit by the FIA's Medical Examiner.
The young Finn was knocked unconscious and taken to hospital suffering form concussion following a high speed crash into the tyre wall at Barcelona two weeks ago.
Kovalainen, who is currently sixth in the Drivers' Championship, will be back in action tomorrow morning when the first free practice session gets underway.
