Following claims that McLaren might choose not to appeal the ruling of the Hungarian GP stewards, that it would not score Constructors' Championship points, an FIA spokesman has confirmed that the Woking team will indeed appeal.
"We understand that the International Court of Appeal secretariat has received a confirmation of McLaren's appeal from the UK National Sporting Authority," he said.
No date has been given for the hearing.
