Brands Hatch this weekend marks the 11th and final round of the A1GP season. A1 Team France has scored 60 points so far this season. Jean-Karl, Vernay who made his debut in Mexico earlier in the season will resume rookie session duties on Friday while Loic Duval returns to the race cockpit. Since his last A1GP outing, Duval has raced in Formula Nippon at Suzuka and tested in GT at Sugo.

Loic Duval says: "I am really eager to drive again for A1 Team France. I have never been to Brands Hatch before so I do not know the tricks nor the configuration at the track. I am eager to discover the place where this exciting series was born in September 2005. France now lies 4th in the Championship with 60 points. It
will be hard to catch team GBR, 16 points ahead of us. But anything is possible. My goal is to go for the top points and hopefully fight for the win. The team has good data from last year's race and this is an asset for us as the sprint race went well and the team finished on the podium."

Eric Boullier, General Manager, A1 Team France added: "We are happy to come back to the venue where it all started 21 events ago in front of 70,000 spectators with a very competitive car. Jean-Karl Vernay will be the team's rookie driver again and on his return Loic is determined to score as many points as possible. We head into the weekend confident and determined to end the season on a high."
