Andreas Zuber (right) and his iSport International team have taken the fastest overall time in this week’s GP2 series test in Barcelona. Andy topped both morning sessions of the test, but it was his outstanding lap of 1:27.024 today which took top honours overall. His team-mate Timo Glock finished this morning’s session second quickest, but withdrew from the afternoon running after aggravating the wrist injury which sidelined him from the final race of the 2006 season in Monza.

Lucas di Grassi recovered from an argument with the barriers this morning to rank as the top runner from the afternoon session, with his third quickest lap overall for ART Grand Prix just four thousandths of a second behind Timo. Antonio Pizzonia finished the test fourth overall on his morning lap of 1:27.251, as the impressive Dams duo of Nicolas Lapierre and Kazuki Nakajima rounded out the top six following a highly promising test.

Next stop is Circuit Paul Ricard, where the final pre-season test of 2007 starts on Thursday 15th March.
