He's only been retired for eight weeks, but according to (test driver) Luca Badoer, Michael Schumacher is still very much in touch with the team, and is kept fully up to speed regarding developments.
"I continue to hear from him regularly, the Italian told Gazzetta dello Sport. "He constantly keeps up to date with what we are doing and receives the data in real time, on his computer, the very data that we gather.
"He can see at any moment the telemetry data," Badoer revealed. "So from that point of view, little has changed.
"He's only a little more removed because officially he's still in a period of rest," added the Italian.
