Four members of the Toyota team are still recovering after being attacked by gunmen in Sao Paulo on Friday night.

The four, were in an unmarked vehicle that was attacked while stopped at traffic lights less than two miles from the circuit.

Nobody was hurt and nothing was stolen in the incident, though the four were clearly shaken by the incident, in which a number of shots were fired and one of the gang attacking the vehicle kicked at a window.

"I took the handbrake and told everyone (in the car) not to react," Toyota spokeswoman, Fernanda de Mello Villas-Boas told Reuters. "He had a gun at my head outside the window. I think what saved us was that there was a car behind.

"They fired a few shots at it," she added, "I told people just don't move, stay down. All was okay in the end and we managed to drive away, it was just the shock itself."

Just as well there's no Grand Prix in south-east London.
