Renault is to wait until the end of this week, once on-track and dyno tests have been carried out, before making a decision on whether it will use its D or E-spec engine at Interlagos.
With both titles still (mathematically) undecided, the French team is unwilling to take a gamble on the E-spec until it is satisfied that previous problems - encountered at Monza and subsequently in testing at Jerez - have been overcome.
