CVC Capital Partners has announced the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors to the Board of Alpha Topco Limited ('Formula 1'): Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, Chairman & CEO, Nestlé S.A.; and Sir Martin Sorrell, CEO, WPP.
Following these appointments, the Board of Alpha Topco Limited comprises two independent non-executive directors, representatives of the shareholders, and the executive management team, led by Bernie Ecclestone.
