Although it has not been officially confirmed, it's believed that Lewis Hamilton will take part in next week's test at Silverstone.
At the weekend, McLaren boss, Ron Dennis, speaking in the wake of Hamilton claiming the 2006 GP2 title at the first attempt, said that the English youngster would probably be testing for his team before the China Grand Prix, which takes place on October 1.
