First off, many thanks to all of you who entered our Renault R26 Steering Wheel competition.
As warned, those who attempted to cheat by sending in numerous entries from the same e-mail address were quickly wheedled out and eliminated from the competition - Pitpass is nowhere near as forgiving as race stewards, those that deliberately break the rules don't get sent to the back of the grid, they are off the grid!
Surprisingly, following Sunday's race we had to go through quite a few entries before we discovered two entrants who had correctly predicted that Fernando Alonso would not only win the race but also post the fastest lap of the race.
Therefore congratulations to Paula Salter from Loughborough in the UK, and John Rinken in Minneapolis, your steering wheels are on the way.
Finally, we were most surprised to see a number of entries from within the pitlane, don't worry folks, your secret is safe with us.
We hope to have another competition in the next couple of weeks, so keep checking in.
