Don't worry, we're not talking about David, Christian, Tonio, Scott, Robert or Neel, they're all good boys.
The Red Bull driver in question is 48-year-old Peter Edwards, from King's Lynn in England.
It seems Mr Edwards has a taste for the drink and after enjoying a few cans recently ended up being pursued across several counties by the police, who spotted his erratic driving.
When we say a 'few cans' we should actually point out that he had drunk up to twenty, in an effort to stay awake.
After a high-speed chase, Edwards was stopped when police used a stinger device to puncture his tyres. When tested, there was no trace of alcohol or drugs, just an abnormally high level of caffeine.
"The message is that if you take anything as a stimulant, whether it be caffeine or herbal medicines, then you have got to be aware that they ultimately have an effect on you and the way you drive," Andrew Howard, head of road safety for the AA Motoring Trust, told the BBC.
"Caffeine in sensible quantities can help drivers stay alert, but if taken to excess, like many other drugs, it can have strange effects on people."
Edwards was jailed for four months.
