McLaren has denied reports that aerodynamicist Nicholas Tombazis has left, which in turn prompted speculation that he might link up with Adrian Newey at Red Bull.
"Following Adrian's departure inevitably there is a lot of speculation," a spokesperson told Pitpass. "We will not be replacing Adrian and our technical organisation will continue to operate within the current structure. Nicholas remains working on aerodynamics within McLaren.
