1 Team Austria will compete this weekend in the fourth round of the A1 Grand Prix Series at the Eastern Creek Raceway, near Sydney in Australia.
After getting its season off to a start in Portugal a fortnight ago when driver Mathias Lauda scored the first point of the campaign, the team will be looking to improve further at the Australian round of the series. The team and Mathias are looking for strong points-finishing performances in both races on Sunday, and improved positions on the timesheets in the official practice and qualifying sessions.
Mathias Lauda: "I am very motivated heading into this weekend. Eastern Creek is a new track so it's the same for all the teams. We will be working really hard to find a good set-up so that we can have a quick car throughout the whole weekend. We have been improving but we still have a few problems with the car and still need to find a better set-up. For sure though we are getting better and I hope we can score some more points this weekend."
