The Renault F1 team was most magnanimous when approached by Pitpass earlier this year for items for its Tsunami Auction, which went on to raise in excess of £17,000 for the victims of the 2004 disaster.

Therefore we are delighted to be able to assist the French team as it seeks to raise money for the United Nations High Commissions for Refugees (UNHCR)

The Renault F1 Team has joined forces once again with the UNHCR by donating a number of coveted items of team memorabilia to be auctioned on Ebay.

The profits of the auction will be donated to the UNHCR as a contribution to their programme of aid for child refugees.

The items, which will include signed driver clothing and bodywork parts from recent Renault Formula One cars, will go on auction starting from 19 - 26 May and will offer bidders the rare opportunity to own a piece of Formula 1 history while helping children whose lives have been disrupted by conflict and poverty
