Nico Rosberg, son of 1982 World Champion Keke Rosberg, made his official debut as a Williams test driver at Silverstone today, as the Grove outfit continued its preparations for the forthcoming Spanish GP.
Once again, rain affected the programme in the morning, however by early afternoon the track had begun to dry as temperatures reached 17 degrees C.
Nico joined the team's race driver, Mark Webber, the Australian focussing on set-ups and tyre testing for Barcelona, while the young German familiarized himself with the FW27, in addition to evaluating set-ups and carrying out a number of simulated pit stops.
The Grove team was joined by Jordan, which had Tiago Monteiro on duty.
