Gillan to leave Red Bull

It's understood that former Head of Vehicle Performance at Jaguar Racing, Mark Gillan, who currently holds the same roll at Red Bull Racing, is to leave the Milton Keyne's outfit at the end of the month.

Gillan, who holds a Ph.D in Aeronautical Engineering, began his Formula One career with McLaren in 1998, before joining Jaguar in 2002, is understood to be taking upo a role as lecturer at the University of Surrey.

According to reports however, the Ulsterman will retain a freelance advisory role with Red Bull.
