Ford to cut Jaguar asking price?

It's thought that Ford's asking price for the Jaguar team may be very small - providing the purchaser guarantees its day-to-day running costs for three years.

Ford apparently wants to sell it as a going concern and not have it asset-stripped.

That's not surprising because if the team pulls out of Formula One altogether, they face hefty $75m costs for not fulfilling their contract and guaranteeing their place on the grid for the next three years.
