It's been reported elsewhere that Jaguar MD, David Pitchforth, has warned WilliamsF1 that Mark Webber will continue with the Ford-owned team for the rest of the season, and that attempts to secure a deal whereby he leaves early would be pointless.
As previously reported here on pitpass, WilliamsF1 has used up it allocation of drivers for the season, and knows that should Ralf Schumacher be unable to compete in Hungary or beyond, it would have to stick with either Antonio Pizzonia or Marc Gene.
Therefore, Jaguar's 'warning' seems a little silly.
