This is a genuine race-used wheel nut from the Sahara Force India Team's 2011 and 2012 seasons. Highly collectable items, wheel nuts are perhaps not the most exciting F1 components, but they are still a feat of engineering for perfect pit stop efficiency.
Your wheel nut is displayed in a chunky acrylic stand, yet can be removed to satisfy your curiosity. In a race-used condition, we can't guarantee that handling the wheel nut won't get oil on your hands, but it is a fascinating little piece.
The all-important broad threads are clear to see, as well as the original part number and the bold Sahara Force India painted orange colouring - indicating to the mechanics that this wheel nut was intended for the left-hand side of the car.
The internal diameter of the wheel nut measures 43mm and external diameter measures 82mm. Display stand includes protective feet to prevent scratching. Comes complete with official Sahara Force India certificate of authenticity and presented in a luxury white Sahara Force India team gift box.
