Hispania has revealed that its plan to run its new car tomorrow has been shelved after customs officers in Spain would not release a number of vital components.
"Unfortunately we could not get the dampers out of customs," said Colin Kolles in a brief statement. "The result of this is that we can't run tomorrow. This is life and we will overcome this problem."
