A1 GP series Founder, President and Chairman, Sheikh Maktoum, has confirmed that the Brazilian round of the inaugural championship has been cancelled.
While the original A1GP schedule included 12 races, several of them were provisional depending on track licences, etc.
Unfortunately, the Brazilian race in Curitiba, planned for 12 February, has had to be cancelled.
We understand an alternative venue is being investigated but there is no news on where this could be.
