Red Bull Racing has revealed that it is to run Neel Jani this Friday (3rd), as part of its on-going driver evaluation programme.
Jani, who has previously tested for Sauber, is a member of the Red Bull driver development programme, and performed testing duties with the Swiss team in 2003 and 2004.
He also entered the Formula Renault V6 Eurocup this season, and finished fourth despite not entering all rounds.
Christian Klien and Vitantonio Liuzzi will drive on all three days at Jerez, with Christian predominantly testing in the R5 chassis and Vitantonio in the R5C, although the drivers may swap chassis as the programme requires.
